The Class of 1981 invites our alumni to their 30-Year Reunion on Saturday, June 11, 2011. All of the details are listed below.

Time: 7:00pm to Midnight
Attire: Luau. There will be a prize for the "Best Hawaiian Look."
Tickets are $110.00/Person BEFORE May 11, 2011.
Tickets are $120.00/Person AFTER May 11, 2011.

TICKET PRICE INCLUDES: Venue Rental, Catering, Alumni Search, Mailings, Decorations, DJ, Name Tags and a Memory Book.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
1. There is a $10.00 late fee added to each ticket if you register after May 11, 2011. EXCEPTION: If you are currently serving in the Armed Forces and will not know your schedule until the last minute, you will not be charged a late fee. A current military ID is required for verification.
2. There is a limited number of walk-up registrations available on the day of event. Cash is the only form of payment accepted, however we strongly recommend that you pre-register.
3. You may also just purchase Reunion Memorabilia if you can’t attend any of the reunion activities.

PAYMENT: Payment can be made by purchasing tickets above. You can also mail in a check to The Reunion Place, P.O. Box 7592, Saint Petersburg, FL 33734. Please make sure to note the high school name.

TICKETS: After you register, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation and/or a Photo Id will serve as your admittance ticket to the reunion events. You will not receive tickets in the mail. If you registered and do not receive your email confirmation, please check your Spam box first. If it's not there, send an email to katie@reunionplaceflorida.com.

REFUND POLICY: Refund Requests must be made in writing 7 days in advance of the reunion. Please email katie@reunionplaceflorida.com to request a refund. A $10.00 cancellation fee applies to each individual registration. Reunion Memorabilia is non-refundable.

IMPORTANT HOTEL INFORMATION: Our hotel block is sold out. There are no more rooms available at the Hilton at the $165 rate. They are close to a sell out at that hotel and don't have any more of the standard rooms available. If you want to stay out at Clearwater Beach, we encourage you to go to www.clearwaterbeach.com/hotels. There are a number of resorts and motels that are within walking distance of the Hilton and many of them offer rates in the low 100's. Here's  a list of the hotels which are the closest to the Hilton:

A pdf or .jpeg of your ad must be emailed to katie@reunionplaceflorida.com no later than 2 weeks prior to the reunion.
